I agree - and if you do make an english version, shoot a link back on here, cause I'll be happy to subscribe. I think fiction and blogging should go hand in hand, since blogging is just a method of distribution.
I sincerely hope that blogging fiction becomes more common in the future.

I personally made a blog for some fiction work, unfortunately it is in french, but I've been thinking of creating an English sister blog. Since my first blogging experience (last August, still a newbie) I have always wished there would be a way to bring authors together, maybe on a collaborative blog, I dunno, something like multiple authors connecting together to write a piece, or share paragraphs, or?
As I wanted to create some sort of dialog with my blog, I quickly realized that most authors just have their own site, and rarely even comment on my blog... Here again, my blogspot site is french, but the same is true for other sites I've created originally on wopress, but that I will soon move over here.... Cause blogspot rules! As far as I'm concerned...
Here are two fiction blogs, that I work with:
http://tordudefiction.blogspot.com/
http://journaldillumination.blogspot.com/
I hope this is cool to do, but here is mt only (for the moment) English literature blog:
http://textworx.wordpress.com/
Please believe me when I admit that I'm posting this in the hope of generating more enthusiasm for writing sites, and not just tryong to make myself free publicity...
As a writer, I truly believe that blogging is the ultimate democratisation of writing, and readers-writers together should try and create a new platform for our passion...
