I have been losing weight slowly now for the past year. I have lost about 20-lbs and want to reach about 140-lbs that is my ideal weight for my frame and height. However, I have always been reluctant to include weight training in my exercise routine because I fear of looking too masculine.
Do I have to work with a trainer in order to achieve a toned, feminine physique? I would love to add weight training to my daily exercise for variety. Also most of my fat is belly fat, is there some types of weight training that's good to burn belly fat and lose weight in the midsection. Is it best to use lighter weights or free weights to tone muscles?
If you are a trainer or have knowledge about exercises using weights, I would love your input. I have lost my weight using the power of food and weight loss recipes in a natural weight loss guide to burn my belly fat. Unfortunately, belly fat made up more than 80% of my overweight problems and I am pleased with my progress.
