If you are fantastic in gym so go for it write about your life as a gym trainer, or something related about food nutritions ecspecially women likes to hear the good stuff for their body!!:)

Write about tips on how to lose weight and types of exercises people can do to achieve that. You could write about a different exercise each post to start. Write about what you know. People will listen if you are some what of an expert in the field.

I think it would be a great idea to post ideas for exercises which target different muscle groups and recommendations for rest between exercises. Also, how to refuel post-workout would be useful to people I think.
