Social bookmarking, article submission sites and link exchanges with other webmasters. Ezine articles is a high traffic website and just by submitting articles relating to your site and linking back to it, you will notice an increase in traffic. I suggest http://websitetraffic.ryelexx.com for an actual "how to" on website traffic.
