The PS3 is a better value and more relliable machine. The 360 is prone to overheating. The 360 has the option to view your dashboard in-game but that's the only thing the 360 has over PS3.
Which one will you suggest? PS3 or Xbox?

Well this depends on what type of gaming you are into. The Xbox 360 is the a great system it has a large library of games to play and has a well established online system. On the other hand the PS3 is a far more powerful console, and has Blueray tech so you can watch Blueray movies (which is by the way cheaper than buying a player too) so it really depends on what you want to do with your console. Both are good systems, but if it were me I would get the Xbox.
